Hello 

As I'm very new here ,not a clue to whom send.

But I' like you to ask ; why my Kijevskij tort break in the middle after 1 hour baking? what did I do wrong .

Izabell, hello!
Meringue rather than baking, and dried in the oven. It is better to put it in preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes, then reduce temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another hour and a half. Oven when baking is not open! Good luck!😀

oh thank you ,that is what I thought .But end of the day was sooo good and tasty. And one more can I insted of pure butter use double cream mixed with something ? Your ideas ?
